Musang King Durian :
A golden yellowish in colour with a creamy, cheesy, buttery texture, mouth-full thick pulp with very small seed. It is super sweet, delicious & 100% guaranteed to taste.
Process Flow :
1) Fresh fruits harvested from the farm.
2) Select its grade and those bad fruits will be rejected.
3) Good quality fruits send to cleaning durian husk process.
4) Opening the thorny husk.
5) Take out the durian pulp and put on the tray.
6) Weighing 400g per tray and correct put on the cart.
7) Send to a cold room which temperature control -30'C for blast frozen for 3-4 hours.
8) After that, immediately vacuum pack to maintain its freshness.
9) Pack the frozen durian into the packing box.
10) Stored in the freezer with temperature -18'C to maintains its freshness while waiting for shipment.
